3. Services

We provide video creation, editing, and enhancement services using both traditional and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. All services follow the project specifications agreed with the client in writing by email, proposal, or contract.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  1. Our Services may incorporate AI-based tools for video generation, enhancement, or automation.
  2. AI outputs are reviewed and approved by our human team before delivery to ensure quality and compliance.
  3. Any data or content you provide for AI processing is used solely to perform the agreed Services and handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
  4. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third-party AI providers without your prior consent.
  5. While we take care to ensure accurate and appropriate outputs, AI tools can produce variable results. We disclaim liability for minor imperfections inherent to automated processes.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. All pre-existing intellectual property belonging to you remains yours.
  2. Upon full payment, ownership of the final video deliverables created for you passes to you unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. We may use non-confidential extracts of work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless you instruct us otherwise in writing.
  4. You warrant that any materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights and agree to indemnify us against related claims.

6. Fees and Payment

  1. Fees are agreed in advance and confirmed by email or quotation.
  2. Payment terms are as stated in the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
  3. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of final materials until full payment is received.
  4. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

7. Revisions and Cancellations

  1. Projects include the number of revisions specified in the agreed proposal. Additional revisions may be charged separately.
  2. If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date.
  3. Deposits, where paid, are non-refundable unless we fail to commence the project as agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. We take reasonable care in providing the Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIZULAIZ Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or Website.
  3. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials and information as confidential. Data shared with us is processed securely and only for the purpose of fulfilling your project.

10. Data Protection

11. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We work with clients globally. All contracts are governed by English law, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Verbal Agreements

Project terms agreed verbally, including via phone or video call, become binding once confirmed in writing by email or message. All projects are governed by these Terms and Conditions, whether agreed verbally or in writing.
