Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Who Can Enter

Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Vizulaiz Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Dates

The giveaway runs from 1 December 2025 to 31 May 2026. Each calendar month counts as a separate draw, and entries close at 11:59 pm on the last day of each month. Vizulaiz may change or end the giveaway with notice on its website.

3. How to Enter

• Submit the online entry form.
• Only one entry per person per month is permitted.
• No purchase is required to enter.
• By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (linked in the form).

4. Prize

One winner each month receives a 10–15 second social video created by Vizulaiz Ltd. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are chosen at random within seven days of each month’s close and contacted by email. If the winner does not reply within 14 days, Vizulaiz may select another winner.

6. Publicity

Winners’ first names may appear on Vizulaiz’s website or social channels unless they object.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is used solely for administering the giveaway and, if you opt in, for Vizulaiz marketing. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

8. General

Vizulaiz may change or cancel the giveaway if needed. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
